Where do you ship your products from?

It all depends on the product and its ordered volume, stock in stock, as well as on the location of our buyer. We ship from the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and Spain across the EU, other international deliveries we conduct from India and China.

Do you deliver to my country? Do you implement stealth shipping?

The response to the registration and shipment of the goods depends on which product was ordered. In some countries, laws regulate the purchase and sale of certain substances, but we make every effort so that we can deliver your parcel with minimal checks, but you are still responsible for the goods that you ordered in your country, if it is organic.
All parcels and letters are sent by stealth shipping by default, packed in a sealed package in a double zip package, covered with foil, with a material safety data sheet if it is required in the country to which the delivery is carried out.

Which logistics companies will you ship your goods to?

We ship our goods by courier and postal services UPS, FEDEX, DPD, PostNL, and it is also possible to ship by business letter. Individual approach and selection of delivery service is possible.

Do you provide a track number?

We provide the track code after shipment by e-mail, as soon as the goods are shipped, your track code will be available in our Track Codes section, which you can access with the login and password that was provided by our support service after placing and paying for your order.

What is the shipping cost?

The cost of delivery depends on the route, the product you order and the volume. Some goods have to be shipped via a special route and if you have ordered several packages, the cost may increase. The cost of delivery varies from 10 to 40 Euros.

How soon will I receive my order?

Preparation of the order for shipment 24 hours from the date of payment. After shipment, your order is carried out by the delivery service, the average delivery time is from 3 to 14 days, depending on the route. Sometimes, in rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bitcoin, Monero, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum and many other crypto-currencies for payment, in exceptional cases we can accept Money Gram payment with a commission, card payment is possible through payment intermediary services that withdraw a commission when transferring funds. Therefore, we strongly recommend opating bitcoin or other crypto-currencies.

Do you resend if my item has been taken, lost, or returned?

We re-ship only if the item is lost or returned for some reason.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, but if your order was not shipped on time.
