3-MeO-2′-Oxo-PCiPr, also called MXiPr (Methoxisopropamine, Isopropyloxetamine, Isopropyxetamine) is a dissociative substance of the arylcyclohexylamine class, is an NMDA receptor antagonist, a serotonin reuptake inhibitor. MXiPr is relatively new, which appeared in 2020, is a structural analogue of MXE and can cause similar effects, including sedation, anesthesia, hallucinations, euphoria and dissociative effects.
This substance has an isopropyl group on the nitrogen atom, an oxygen atom with a bond at the 2′ position of the cyclohexyl ring, as well as a methoxy group at the 3 position of the phenyl ring and dedicates these groups with MXE.
With caution, the use of MXiPr with other drugs having a similar effect on serotonin.
MXiPr can cause moderate dependence with regular use, as well as cause psychological dependence, if the drug is discontinued after prolonged use, an abstinent effect may occur. It may also include side effects such as urinary tract problems similar to regular ketamine use.
This drug is not banned for research and scientific purposes in many countries, including EU countries, but is controlled and prohibited for purchase, sale, use in Germany and Hungary.
